How does the Winc subscription work?

Winc is a personalized wine club that delivers bottles tailored to your palate directly to your door. After taking a short palate profile quiz, we recommend wines for your monthly shipment, which you can always customize or skip.

Where does Winc ship?

We currently ship to most states within the United States. Due to state regulations, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted zip codes. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

Can I skip a month or cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You can skip a month at any time at no cost, or cancel your membership through your account settings or by contacting our support team via live chat.

What is your 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy?

We want you to love every bottle. If you receive a wine that doesn't suit your taste, we will provide a credit for that bottle towards your next order, no questions asked.
